Banana Pancakes & Cacao Bliss Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of Koko Original Milk, plus more to serve
  • 1 tbsp of gluten-free flour
  • Peanut butter, to serve


  • Half a banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Koko Original Milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Dash of coconut milk
  • Cinnamon to taste

For the pancakes

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients for the pancakes in blender.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat. Add the pancake mix.
  3. When bubbles appear on top, flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
  4. Serve with peanut butter.

For the smoothie

  1. Blitz all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
