  • 2 tbs Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 large mashed up strawberry
  • 2 tbs chia seeds @thechiaco
  • 1tbs pink pitaya @unicornsuperfoods
  • Few drops of vanilla essence

  1. Mix up the seeds with a little yogurt and leave for 10 mins
  2. Mash up the strawberry
  3. Pop the seeds in the jar top up with the rest of the yogurt and vanilla essence and stir
  4. Finally add in the pink pitaya and stir again 💗
