Vegan Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Koko Original Milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup plain flour

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Koko Milk, sugar, olive oil, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk well.
  2. Add the flour and whisk until lump free.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan and brush it with some olive oil. When the pan is hot, add ⅓ cup of batter. Rotate and tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly across it, or use a spoon.
  4. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn it with a spatula to cook for another minute.
  5. Transfer onto a plate and repeat until you run out of batter.
  6. Add your favourite toppings, we love Koko Vanilla Yogrt!
