Dark Chocolate Ganache

- Blend avocado meat, Koko Original and Koko Plain Yogurt in a food blender until smooth.
- Add maple syrup, cocoa powder & salt to the food blender and blend again.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 20 seconds, take out stir and microwave for another 20 seconds, continue this method until completely melted.
- Add melted chocolate to the avocado mixture and mix until everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixtures to serving pots & leave to chill in the fridge overnight.
