Dark Chocolate Ganache

Serves 4
Prep Time 5 mins Cook Time Overnight



  1. Blend avocado meat, Koko Original and Koko Plain Yogurt in a food blender until smooth.
  2. Add maple syrup, cocoa powder & salt to the food blender and blend again.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 20 seconds, take out stir and microwave for another 20 seconds, continue this method until completely melted.
  4. Add melted chocolate to the avocado mixture and mix until everything is combined.
  5. Transfer the mixtures to serving pots & leave to chill in the fridge overnight.
