Baked oatmeal cups

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 3tbsp of honey or maple syrup
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • Some fruit of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Koko Original Like Milk

Method

  1. First mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. To this add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. With a spoon put the mixture into a cupcake tray to create the cupcake shapes.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes on 180c until golden.
