Cinnamon Porridge with Apple & Blueberries
- 1/2 cup oats (I use gluten-free)
- 1 cup Koko Original Milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 red apple
- Handful fresh blueberries

- Put oats, milk, honey and cinnamon in a pan and simmer slowly until thick and creamy.
- Meanwhile, core the apple and cut into thin slices.
- When porridge is ready, serve.
- Top with apple and blueberries.
