Cinnamon Porridge with Apple & Blueberries

Ingredients

Porridge

  • 1/2 cup oats (I use gluten-free)
  • 1 cup Koko Original Milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 red apple
  • Handful fresh blueberries

Method

  1. Put oats, milk, honey and cinnamon in a pan and simmer slowly until thick and creamy.
  2. Meanwhile, core the apple and cut into thin slices.
  3. When porridge is ready, serve.
  4. Top with apple and blueberries.
