Autumn Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 Pears peeled and cubed
  • 1 punnet Blackberries
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Clementine (or orange) zest
  • Dash maple syrup
  • Dash water
  • 250g Koko Plain Yogrt!
  • Granola

Method

  1. Simmer the fruits, ginger, maple syrup, and water slowly to create a velvety compote. Allow cooling to room temperature.
  2. Place a small amount in an individual glass bowl and layer with Koko yoghurt and top with granola.
  3. Delish!
