Wholemeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150g whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- ½ tsp salt
- 220ml Koko Super Milk or 220ml Koko Original Like Milk
Toppings (optional)
- Maple syrup
- Sliced bananas
- Walnuts
Method
- Stir together flour, baking powder, flaxseed & salt together in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly mix Koko Super into the dry ingredients.
- Heat a wide non-stick pan and add a little oil.
- Cook pancakes in batches, for around 3 minutes on each side then slide the pancake onto a plate & start on the next pancake.
