- 1/2 large cucumber
- 350g Koko Greek Style Yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic
- Bunch of fresh dill
- Pinch of sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

- Finely grate cucumber in a bowl.
- Mince garlic and add into the cucumber bowl.
- Finely chop dill and add into the cucumber bowl.
- Add Koko , salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Stir to combine.
