Cheesy baked tomato toast

Method

  1. Lightly toast the bread on setting 2 in a toaster
  2. Spread both slices with Marmite
  3. Finely grate KoKo dairy free cheese and spread over the toast evenly
  4. Slice the tomatoes and lay onto the toast
  5. Season with sea salt and black pepper
  6. Sprinkle dried basil over the top
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees
