Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 65g pudding rice
- 25g sugar or maple syrup/agave syrup (optional)
- Ground nutmeg
- 600ml Koko Original Like Milk or 700ml Koko Super Milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Place the rice, Koko Original or Super and sugar in an oven proof dish.
- Sprinkle Nutmeg over the top.
- Cook in the oven for 2 hours.
