Slice up 2 bananas and leave in the freezer overnight. Blitz the next day with 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup and a good splash of Koko Coconut milk. Place in a container and back into the freezer for 1 hour.
Decorate your glass how you want, I layered the base of mine with fresh raspberries and banana. Place two scoops of the nice cream in the glass, layer again with raspberries and banana, peanut butter and dark chocolate. I also coated the rim of the glass with dark chocolate.
