KOKO Overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quaker Oats
  • 1 cup Koko Original Like Milk
  • 1 small pot Koko Coconut & Lemon Yogurt Alternative
  • Diced pineapple
  • Shredded coconut
  • White chocolate chips

Method

  1. For each serving, combine 1 cup of oats and 1 cup of KOKO original milk in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in 1 small pot KOKO coconut and lemon yogurt.
  3. Top each portion with diced pineapple and sprinkle the top with shredded coconut and white chocolate chips
  4. Set in the refrigerator overnight.
