Banana-chia protein pudding
Ingredients
- 1 banana (110g)
- 15g chia seeds
- 50ml Koko Unsweetened No Sugar Milk
- 15g salted caramel protein powder
Method
- Blend the banana, coconut milk and protein powder till smooth.
- Add chia seeds and let it sit in the fridge 15min.
- Serving tip: goes really well with strawberries.
