Cinnamon Porridge

Ingredients

  • 50g quality porridge oats
  • 200ml Koko Original Like Milk (more to adjust the consistency as required)
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 30g peanut butter
  • 1tbs maple syrup
  • ground flax seeds
  • pinch salt

Method

  1. add oats, cinnamon, salt and milk to a pan
  2. bring to the boil and immediately turn to the lowest simmer
  3. simmer for 5-10 minutes depending on the consistency you like (add more milk if required)
  4. before serving stir in peanut butter and maple syrup
  5. sprinkle on some flax seeds
