Peanutty Oats with KoKo Yogurt

  • 40g oats,
  • 1 tsp each chia and flaxseeds
  • 10g peanut flour
  • 150ml Koko Original Milk
  • 150ml water
  • Toppings:
  • 80g quick berry compote (simply microwave frozen berries with a dash of maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp homemade gingerbread granola (recipe on the blog -
  • 1 heaped tbsp Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds⁣

  1. Simply combine all of the porridge ingredients in a saucepan, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes adding more water if needed
  2. Pour the cooked porridge into a bowl and load on your toppings!
