Chai smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 250ml Life!
- 2 tsp oats
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Put all ingredients into a smoothie blender and mix until smoothie.
- Pour into your favourite chilled glass and add a reusable straw!
