Strawberry & Blueberry Layered Smoothie
Ingredients
Main Layer
- 120g strawberries
- 100ml Koko Original Milk
- 125g Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Top layer
- 100g of blueberries
- A few fresh mint leaves

Method
- Place all the ingredients (apart from the blueberries & mint) in a blender and blend until smooth & creamy.
- Pour into a tall, chilled glass.
- Blitz the blueberries & mint in the blender and slowly pour on top of the strawberry layer.
- Drink and enjoy!
