Strawberry & Blueberry Layered Smoothie

  • 100g of blueberries
  • A few fresh mint leaves


  1. Place all the ingredients (apart from the blueberries & mint) in a blender and blend until smooth & creamy.
  2. Pour into a tall, chilled glass.
  3. Blitz the blueberries & mint in the blender and slowly pour on top of the strawberry layer.
  4. Drink and enjoy!
