  • Porridge oats with apple and cinnamon , topped with , fresh blueberries and honey


  1. I add the porridge with an egg , splash of milk and 1/2 tsp to a bowl , mix well and then spoon into a silicone waffle mould. Bake at 180 for 15–20 mins until golden
