Koko Banana split

Ingredients

  • 100g Koko Greek Style Alternative
  • One banana sliced into 2 parts
  • 10 blueberries halved
  • 4 strawberries halved
  • 15g toasted flaked almonds
  • 3 raspberries

Method

  1. Slice the banana into 2 and place on a plate
  2. Slice the blueberries and strawberries in half then in a bowl, mix with the koko Greek style yoghurt
  3. Pop the mix of yogurt and berries onto of the bananas
  4. Sprinkle the roasted almonds over the top
  5. Add a couple of raspberries to the top
