Jumbo Oats & Chia Seeds with Banana & Pomegranate Pearls
Ingredients
- 2 tbls of jumbo oats
- 1 tbls of chia seeds
- Koko Original Milk
- Half a banana
- Full fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbls frozen pomegranate seeds
- 2 tsps mixed sunflower & pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp flaked almonds

Method
- Soak jumbo oats & chia seeds in Koko coconut milk (enough to cover) for approx 10 minutes
- Microwave for one minute
- Slice half a banana & place on warmed oats & chia
- Microwave 30 seconds
- Microwave pomegranate seeds for 30 seconds separately to soften
- Add 2 tbls of thick full fat Greek yoghurt onto sliced banana
- Pour over softened pomegranate seeds together with any juice
- Sprinkle mixed pumpkin & sunflower seeds & the flaked almonds across the top
- Eat & enjoy this colourful bowl of deliciousness
