Ingredients
- ¾ cup mixed berries (can be frozen)
- 1 medium and ripe banana
- ½ cup Koko Original Milk
- 4 tablespoons Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 2 tablespoons cashew nuts
