Healthy Chocolate Pot
- 250g Koko Greek Style Yogurt
- 75g cocoa-hazelnut butter OR 50g dark chocolate
- Optional extras - orange extract, mint extract, vanilla extract, cacao nibs / chocolate chips, crushed nuts,

- Place the cocoa hazelnut butter in a microwave safe bowl with around 50ml of water or coconut milk. Microwave on low heat until it becomes runnier in consistency. If using dark chocolate, break into small pieces and follow the steps above.
- In a separate bowl, add the Koko yoghurt and any additions.
- Pour or spoon in the nut butter / dark chocolate into the yogurt bowl and mix.
- Place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours before enjoying :)
