Golden Milk Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tsp GF Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp Milled Flaxseeds
  • 1 Tsp Agave Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 150-200ml Koko Unsweetened Milk

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  2. Place in the microwave for 1 minute, bring it out to stir, add more milk if needed, and put it in for another minute.
  3. Once out of the microwave top with the remaining chopped banana, some nuts and your favourite nut butter
