Golden Milk Oats
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tsp GF Oats
- 1 Tbsp Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp Chia seeds
- 1 Tsp Milled Flaxseeds
- 1 Tsp Agave Syrup
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 150-200ml Koko Unsweetened Milk

Method
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute, bring it out to stir, add more milk if needed, and put it in for another minute.
- Once out of the microwave top with the remaining chopped banana, some nuts and your favourite nut butter
