Ingredients

Green Smoothie

  • 150ml Koko Unsweetened Milk
  • 50g
  • 1 ice cube
  • Banana
  • 1 cube frozen Spinach
  • 10g Chocolate Soya Protein Powder
  • 1tsp Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1tsp Inulin Powder
  • 1tsp Ashwaganda Powder
  • 1 tsp Oats
  • 1 tsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shot

Pink Smoothie

  • 150ml Water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Small Carrot
  • 50g Strawberries
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 1tsp Agave Syrup

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the green smoothie and pour into a cold glass. This mixture should be thick.
  2. Blend all the ingredients for the pink smoothie and pour on top of the green smoothie, this should be thinner, which should keep them separate.
  3. Drink top to bottom, or mix!
