Ingredients
Green Smoothie
- 150ml Koko Unsweetened Milk
- 50g
- 1 ice cube
- Banana
- 1 cube frozen Spinach
- 10g Chocolate Soya Protein Powder
- 1tsp Organic Cocoa Powder
- 1tsp Inulin Powder
- 1tsp Ashwaganda Powder
- 1 tsp Oats
- 1 tsp Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
Pink Smoothie
- 150ml Water
- 2 ice cubes
- Small Carrot
- 50g Strawberries
- 50g Blueberries
- 1tsp Agave Syrup

Method
- Blend all the ingredients for the green smoothie and pour into a cold glass. This mixture should be thick.
- Blend all the ingredients for the pink smoothie and pour on top of the green smoothie, this should be thinner, which should keep them separate.
- Drink top to bottom, or mix!
