- Mix the oats and protein with koko milk in a pan on a low heat, stirring continuously so it doesn’t stick to the bottom! Once you have a nice smoooooth, creamy texture scoop into a (aesthetically pleasing) bowl of choice. Melt in some honey, peanut butter and choccie if you’re feeling luxurious, as well as the cinnamon and yogurt. Bang in some frozen fruit and some nana and bam a deeelish brekkie !
