Method

  1. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder together. Add the butter and mix in with your fingers.
  2. Whisk the egg and milk together and pour in.
  3. Stir the mix until it forms a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough and sprinkle on some white and brown sugar with cinnamon too. Roll it into a sausage shape and cut small 2cm circles from it. Place in a tin/dish and cook for 25mins on 190degrees.
  5. Mix icing sugar with water untill it for a a white runny icing and pour into once cooled.
