Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
For Batter Base
- Grated Carrots
- Raisins
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Nutmeg
- Ground Ginger
- All Spice
- Oats
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Chopped Pecans
- Koko Original Milk
For Topping
- Koko Greek Style Yogurt
- Chopped Caramelised Pecans
- Coconut Chips
- Carrots
- Ground Cinnamon
- Icing Sugar
- Maple Syrup

Method
- Put In bowl 1/2 cup grated carrots, handful of raisins, 1 cup oats, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp ground Cinnamon, 1tsp ground Ginger, 1 tsp ground all spice, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, chopped pecans and then add 1 and a half cup of koko coconut milk
- Mix batter and put in pots overnight
- For topping mix 1/2 pot of koko Greek style yogurt with 1/2 cup icing sugar, with coconut chips mix it together and add to top of batter on pots
- Finish off with grated carrots, chopped caramelised pecans, ground cinnamon and maple syrup
