Bee happy peach pancakes

Ingredients

  • 60g self-raising flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 160g Koko Original Milk
  • 4 tinned peach halves
  • 100ml double cream whipped
  • few squares of milk chocolate
  • 2 candy eyes
  • 2 flaked almonds

Method

  1. combine flour and baking powder in a bowl
  2. beat egg and add in yogurt in another bowl, add to flour and whisk til combined, leave to rest 10 minutes
  3. Heat heavy pan or griddle over medium heat and spray a little spray oil
  4. use a small cup to add 1/4 of mix to pan, cook on one side 2 minutes and turn and cook a further one minute (a little longer if not cooked enough)
  5. Chop three of the peach halves into chunks (cut a small circle from one for the bees head first)
  6. Melt the chocolate and spread onto a piece of cling film, when set cut into strips
  7. Stack the pancakes , layering with cream and peach chunks
  8. put the peach half on top add the chocolate strips and the head, add the candy eyes (could also use magic set chocolate sauce for the bees stripes. Add 2 flaked almonds for wings and 2 vermicelli for antennae if you wish.
