Banana & oat pancakes
Ingredients
- I cup rolled oats (80g)
- 1/4 cup + 2tbsp (80ml) Koko Unsweetened Milk
- 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana
- Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative

Method
- Place all ingredients in a food process & blitz for a couple of minutes until smooth. Fry with a little oil over medium size heat for a couple of minutes on each side.
