Banana Apple Pancake Balls

  • Egg 1(large)
  • Koko Original Milk 80ml
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Free from self-raising Flour 160g
  • Banana 1
  • Apple 1


  1. Beat one large egg into a bowl.
  2. Add the Koko coconut milk and oil.
  3. Add self-raising flour and mix well.
  4. Add one mashed banana and mix well.
  5. Cut an apple into cubes and add into the mixture.
  6. Pour some oil into the pan and cook.
  7. Pour some Koko yoghurt, blueberries and strawberry pieces onto the pancake balls.
