Banana Apple Pancake Balls
Ingredients
- Egg 1(large)
- Koko Original Milk 80ml
- Oil 1 teaspoon
- Free from self-raising Flour 160g
- Banana 1
- Apple 1

Method
- Beat one large egg into a bowl.
- Add the Koko coconut milk and oil.
- Add self-raising flour and mix well.
- Add one mashed banana and mix well.
- Cut an apple into cubes and add into the mixture.
- Pour some oil into the pan and cook.
- Pour some Koko yoghurt, blueberries and strawberry pieces onto the pancake balls.
