Wholemeal Pancakes

Ingredients

Toppings (optional)

  • Maple syrup
  • Sliced bananas
  • Walnuts

Method

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, flaxseed & salt together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly mix Koko Super into the dry ingredients.
  3. Heat a wide non-stick pan and add a little oil.
  4. Cook pancakes in batches, for around 3 minutes on each side then slide the pancake onto a plate & start on the next pancake.
