Veggie enchiladas

Ingredients

  • Wraps
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Veggies
  • Koko Cream Cheese Alternative

Method

  1. Chop and fry vegetables of your choice lightly. I usually add some sort of protein (ie soy pieces etc) but didn't have any in the house.
  2. Stir in some of the sauce and then add to wraps.
  3. Roll wraps into a baking dish and place the rest of the sauce on top.
  4. Add cheese 5. Bake on 180° for 10 minutes.
