

Summer berry porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup each Koko Original Like Milk and water
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- Generous pinch mixed spice
- For the topping: extra berries, Koko Plain Yogrt!, any nuts/seeds (I used hemp seeds and cacao nibs) and maple syrup
Method
- Simmer all the porridge ingredients in a small saucepan until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid, then transfer to a bowl, add the toppings and enjoy!
