Summer berry porridge

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup each Koko Original Milk and water
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • Generous pinch mixed spice
  • For the topping: extra berries, Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative, any nuts/seeds (I used hemp seeds and cacao nibs) and maple syrup

  1. Simmer all the porridge ingredients in a small saucepan until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid, then transfer to a bowl, add the toppings and enjoy!
