Retro frozen piña coladas

Ingredients

  • 100ml Koko Kanu rum
  • 150g frozen pineapple
  • 150ml Koko Original Like Milk
  • 100ml pineapple juice
  • Squirt of lime juice
  • Garnish - ice and lime

Method

  1. Blend rum, frozen pineapple, Koko dairy free milk, lime juice and pineapple juice to a high powered blender and process til smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in a tall glass over ice with a slice of lime to garnish
