Koko Kids Bear Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 150g gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 220ml Koko Kids Milk

Method

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, flaxseed & salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly mix Koko Kids Milk into the dry ingredients.
  3. Heat a wide non-stick pan and add a little oil.
  4. Ladle a circle for the bear's face and then carefully add two smaller circles for the ears, once the 'face' is complete, cook for around 3 minutes on each side then slide the pancake onto a plate & start on the next pancake.
  5. Assemble fruit to finish your Koko Bear!
