Koko Kids Bear Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150g gluten free flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- ½ tsp salt
- 220ml Koko Kids Milk
Method
- Stir together flour, baking powder, flaxseed & salt in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly mix Koko Kids Milk into the dry ingredients.
- Heat a wide non-stick pan and add a little oil.
- Ladle a circle for the bear's face and then carefully add two smaller circles for the ears, once the 'face' is complete, cook for around 3 minutes on each side then slide the pancake onto a plate & start on the next pancake.
- Assemble fruit to finish your Koko Bear!
