  • Koko Cream Cheese Alternative
  • 1 x 'New York Bagel Co' Red onion and chive
  • 6 x 'Gosh!' veggie cocktail sausages with sage and black pepper
  • 'Nandos' Vegan PERinaise
  • Washed spinach
  • Black pepper

  1. Firstly, cut the bagel in half and slighty toast it.
  2. On the toasted bottom half spread on the PERInaise. Slice the sausages in half lengthways place on top along with the spinach. Now, on the top half of the toasted bagel spread on the KoKo dairy free cream cheese and grind a bit of black pepper on top. Sqeeze the top and bottom half of the bagel together.
