Apple and Blackberry Froyo
- 150g Blackberry (frozen of fresh)
- 600g Koko Plain Yogurt Alternative
- 100g Apple juice
- 5g Mint leaves
- 50g Sugar

- If you're using frozen blackberries, defrost them for a few hours.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a tub and freeze for 12 hours.
- Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving to soften then scoop and serve.
