Apple and Blackberry Froyo

Ingredients

  • 150g Blackberry (frozen of fresh)
  • 600g Koko Plain Yogrt!
  • 100g Apple juice
  • 5g Mint leaves
  • 50g Sugar

Method

  1. If you're using frozen blackberries, defrost them for a few hours.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a tub and freeze for 12 hours.
  4. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving to soften then scoop and serve.
