Apple and Sultana Porridge
Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 250ml Koko Unsweetened No Sugar Milk
- 2 apples, cored and cut into chunks
- 50g of sultanas or raisins
- Sprinkling of brown sugar
Method
- Heat oats and Koko until just turning creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the apples and sultanas and cook for a further 2 minutes until it’s at the consistency you enjoy.
- Serve with a sprinkling of more sultanas and brown sugar on top!
