Yogurt Scones

Ingredients

500g plain flour

2 tbsp baking powder

50g caster sugar

Pinch salt

100g Koko Spread

75g raisins

250g Koko Plain Yogrt!

150g

1tsp vanilla paste

4tbsp Koko Original Like Milk

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
3. Rub Koko Spread into the flour mix until it resembles breadcrumbs.
4. Add the raisins and mix.
5. Mix the yoghurt in until a soft dough is formed.
6. Tip onto the surface and roll out until approx. 3cm thick, then use an 7cm cutter to cut out scones, transfer the scones to a lined baking tray.
7. Cook for 15 minutes, or until just turning golden brown at the edges.
8. To make the cream, whisk the Koko Cream Cheese, Koko Unsweetened and vanilla paste together using a blender or by hand.
9. Serve the scones with a spoonful of cream and jam.
