Ingredients
• 1/2 large cucumber
• 350g Koko Greek Style Yogurt
• 3 cloves garlic
• Bunch of fresh dill
• Pinch of sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Method
1.
Finely grate cucumber in a bowl.

Mince garlic and add into the cucumber bowl.
3.
Finely chop dill and add into the cucumber bowl.
4.
Add Koko Greek Style Yogurt Alternative, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Stir to combine.
