Ingredients

COOKIE CUP

50g oat flour

38g coconut flour

20ml agave syrup

35g melted coconut oil

Pinch of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

FILLING

5 tbsp Koko Plain Yogrt!

1-2 tbsp agave syrup

Chopped strawberries and bananas

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of saffron

Method

1. Melt coconut oil
2. Mix all cookie cup ingredients until dough forms
3. Roll into 1.5cm balls and press into moulds / mini muffin cases
4. Freeze whilst you make the filling
5. For the filling, Mix the yoghurt and agave syrup
6. Decorate with toppings of your choice
