Peanutty Oats with KoKo Yogurt

Ingredients

40g oats,

1 tsp each chia and flaxseeds

10g peanut flour

150ml Koko Original Like Milk

150ml water

Toppings:

80g quick berry compote (simply microwave frozen berries with a dash of maple syrup)

1 tbsp homemade gingerbread granola (recipe on the blog - www.bumpandbeyondderby.co.uk)

1 heaped tbsp Koko Plain Yogrt!

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp pumpkin seeds⁣

Method

1. Simply combine all of the porridge ingredients in a saucepan, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes adding more water if needed
2. Pour the cooked porridge into a bowl and load on your toppings!
