Mother’s Day Berry Crumble Baked Oats
Ingredients
• 120g rolled oats
• 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 300ml Koko Original or Unsweetened
• 3 tbsp maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: 1 ripe banana, mashed (for extra sweetness + softness)
• 200g frozen mixed berries
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp cornflour (helps thicken the juices)
• 40g rolled oats
• 20g chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegan spread, melted
• 1 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
