1 frozen banana

1 handful of frozen grapes

1 handful spinach

1 tsp spirulina

1tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)

Vegan protein bites

Raspberries

Grapes

Nuts/seeds

Method

1. Put all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender.
2. Mix. Pour into a bowl.
3. Go KOKO-nutty crazy with the toppings ..... Delicious!!
