Easter Hot Cross Bun French Toast

Ingredients

Hot cross buns

Tsp cinnamon

Tsp baking powder 

240ml Koko Unsweetened Milk

15ml maple syrup

30g cornstarch

Small drizzle of Vanilla extract

Toppings

Koko Plain / or Greek Yogurt

Berries

Method

1. Mix the French toast ingredients together.
2. Slice the buns, soak, pan-fry till golden.
3. Top with a big spoon of cold Koko Yogurt and berries.
