Easter Hot Cross Bun French Toast

Ingredients

• Hot cross buns

• Tsp cinnamon

• Tsp baking powder 

• 240ml Koko Unsweetened Milk

• 15ml maple syrup

• 30g cornstarch

• Small drizzle of Vanilla extract

• Toppings

• Koko Plain / or Greek Yogurt

• Berries

Method

1. Mix the French toast ingredients together.
2. Slice the buns, soak, pan-fry till golden.
3. Top with a big spoon of cold Koko Yogurt and berries.
