Ingredients

50g quality porridge oats

200ml Koko Original Like Milk (more to adjust the consistency as required)

1tsp cinnamon

30g peanut butter

1tbs maple syrup

ground flax seeds

pinch salt

Method

1. add oats, cinnamon, salt and milk to a pan
2. bring to the boil and immediately turn to the lowest simmer
3. simmer for 5-10 minutes depending on the consistency you like (add more milk if required)
4. before serving stir in peanut butter and maple syrup
5. sprinkle on some flax seeds
