Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana

250ml Life!

2 tsp oats

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

1. Put all ingredients into a smoothie blender and mix until smoothie.
2. Pour into your favourite chilled glass and add a reusable straw!
