Ingredients
• 1 Frozen Banana
• 250ml Life!
• 2 tsp oats
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
1.
Put all ingredients into a smoothie blender and mix until smoothie.
2.
Pour into your favourite chilled glass and add a reusable straw!
