Blueberry Fro-Yo Milkshake
Ingredients
• 1 pot (350g) Koko Greek Yogrt!
• 1 cup (140g) frozen blueberries
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
• 200ml Koko Original milk
Method
1.
To make the fro-yo, spoon the yogrt! into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
2.
Blend the yogrt ice cubes with the frozen blueberries, 2 tsp vanilla, maple syrup and salt until creamy.
3.
Add the milk and blend until smooth – add additional milk if required.
