Banana Pancakes & Cacao Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana

1 egg

1 tbsp of Koko Original Like Milk, plus more to serve

1 tbsp of gluten-free flour

Peanut butter, to serve

Half a banana

1 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp Koko Original Like Milk

1 tbsp peanut butter

Dash of coconut milk

Cinnamon to taste

Method

1. Blitz all of the ingredients for the pancakes in blender.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat. Add the pancake mix.
3. When bubbles appear on top, flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
4. Serve with peanut butter.
5. Blitz all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
